In addition to construction and project management, we specialize in owner’s representation, programming, master planning and cost control to carry a project from feasibility analysis through occupancy.
Gaming & Hospitality Experience
Summit Project Management has successfully provided Owner’s Representative and Project Management services to Native American clients since 2000, quite often working with Tribal Leadership Groups and their legal counsel with regard to the property due diligence, site analysis and feasibility studies.
Many of our projects have dealt with difficult issues generated by complex codes, site development criteria, environmental issues, seismic/ADA/fire/life safety deficiencies, as well as community concerns and user's requirements. The variety of tribal projects includes casinos, hotels, medical facilities, circulation infrastructure, offices, parking structures, dry and wet utilities infrastructure, food service, conference, and teaching and cultural facilities.
